To follow, or not to follow - that is the question

How much do we really know about someone when we click “Follow”? Sometimes we just click “follow” and it can be hard to see what the page's heart is all about. I appreciate every person that follows my page and always strive to be open and honest about the values and goals behind my social media.

So I’ve broken it down below. This is me, my values both business and personal. I hope it gives you a clearer insight into exactly what Lucy’s Sleep Club is all about.

  • To learn about the subjects that matter to you and never be told what to do/what you should be doing.

  • To find information that’s backed by research/sleep science and is designed and aimed at helping make things better. It's important for me to be transparent here. My page may differ from other infant sleep pages you follow and that’s okay. I am very conscious of overloading you with too much generic information. As much as this definitely has its place and can help many people, it is not my way.

  • A safe space to ask questions (there really is never a silly one and you can ask 100 times if you need to). DM/Email/react to my stories/comment under my posts.

  • Meet a community of like minded people who want to support each other, learn and thrive in our lives. Real talk and a judgement free zone where kindness will always win.

  • Laugh and see some of my life and passions in the mix. As much as this is Lucy’s Sleep Clubs page and that’s it’s key focus, I want you to feel like you can get to know me (my lead star Clyde) and the things that I love and experience.

I find it quite liberating being in control of who I follow and regularly having a check on my “following list” to make sure they align with what I need in my life at that point and most importantly, they make me feel good/positive. I would highly recommend you do this too if you don’t already. Save space for the information you really want.
