Something About Lucy

A little about me. I’m Lucy, founder of Lucy’s Sleep Club and a certified Parent Sleep Coach and Educator based in Glasgow, Scotland, educating, supporting and coaching over 100 families with their infant’s sleep challenges. I specialise in babies/toddlers in the first 2 years and also provide antenatal sleep support, educating parents on the world of Newborn sleep before their baby arrives.

As a mum to a 4 year old, I know only too well how daunting, lonely and confusing the world of infant sleep/becoming a new parent can be. I exhausted myself trying everything to make things better and quickly realised that I wanted to know the right information (Google, step aside please...) and stop overwhelming myself with generic, outdated and somewhat unhelpful information that was making me question myself as a parent.

Helping others and delivering positive, sustainable change is at the core of everything I do. I have worked across several industries and roles throughout the years where this was the primary focus of my responsibility. I am a Business Transformation Consultant and also a certified Process Improvement Manager, and thrive when supporting people on a journey of personal improvement. Oh and I love solving problems. It’s my thing.

My mission is to reach as many parents as possible via workshops, 1:1 support, webinars and events, helping them with their infant's sleep challenge by providing meaningful and relevant education and guidance, installing confidence when they feel they have none and helping them transform their family’s life by starting to lead rather than being led (i.e. Social Media/FB Groups, etc. making decisions for you and validating how good a parent you are - hell no!).

My bespoke 1:1 sleep support is exceptional and designed for each family's specific needs. I support parents in navigating how to improve their infants' sleep and overall emotional well-being whilst also prioritizing the parents' well-being (we matter too). My approach enhances the entire family's quality of life.

My ethos is “Teach not Tell” and I will support, coach and teach you what you need to know to improve your infant’s sleep, enabling you to make decisions confidently and independently now and in the future. I will help you transform your mindset as a parent, making time spent with me a lifelong investment.
