However, what’s shared in the toolkit is not mandatory. You have the autonomy & choice to implement the parts that resonate with the needs of your infant & the your values as a parent.
There’s no regurgitation of what you can find within a click of a button online. What’s included in the toolkit, is included for a reason. The reason being I believe parents should know this stuff if they genuinely want to support the sleep needs of their family more.
