Your days feel a little bit SH*T & you spend the days worrying about the nights: EAT/WORRY/REPEAT

What my families are saying…

  • At first I worried we would need some ongoing support but actually I love that we are equipped with such an in depth plan that we can now implement ourselves.

Katie & Calum - Parents to the amazing Arthur 20 months

  • After speaking to Lucy, she reassured me 'you are doing an amazing job!' As a first time Mum that in itself was what I needed to hear. I feel as parents we can sometimes be quite hard on ourselves that we fail to see the small wins, which Lucy brought to light!

Sam & Damian - Parents to beautiful Albie 5 months

  • Our son now self settles in his cot for nap & bedtime, his daily routine is in order & as a family we are like new people! Lucy has literally turned our life around & we cannot thank or recommend her enough.

Stephanie & Scott - Parents to the lovely Jack 17 months

The Important Stuff

The Important Stuff

This E-Book promotes independent sleep i.e. infants sleeping in their own cot. It does not include guidance on how to self-settle whilst bed-sharing.

You don’t want to sleep train. I define sleep training as both learning about sleep & supporting the unique needs of your child. I encourage this mindset throughout the E-Book.

If that’s not your thing - this E-Book perhaps isn’t for you. Saying that - what you do is up to you. Nothing in the E-Book is a rule/mandatory. You get the guidance & have the choice to do what you want to do.

No promises of miracles, guarantees of perfect sleep (if doesn’t exist), or an easy ride. No refunds are offered following your purchase.

You're going to have to dedicate the time to read this end to end (approx. 60 pages long on mobile view). This should take approx. 2 hrs overall & don’t do it all at once or your brain may melt.

The results will come from your efforts & there is no follow-up/1:1 support included in this price.

  • "Working with Lucy was an absolute game-changer. We booked her to help us through a transition from cosleeping to own room/own cot. Her gentleness, thoroughness, compassion & expertise made us feel so supported. Our child was independently falling asleep in his own room & bed with zero tears within a week!! I highly recommend her".

Clem - Wonderful mum to the beautiful Gus 9.5 months

  • Decision Time - Are You In?

“When nothing is certain, anything is possible”.
