Too often, as parents, we feel guilty about addressing our needs when we are finding it tough. My 1:1 sleep support is centered around giving you the attention and reassurance you need (as well as your little one) and knowing that you doing something to support your mental health and well-being is nothing to feel guilty about.
At Lucys Sleep Club, everyone can get what they need in a positive, loving, and healthy way when it comes to sleep support, minus any unrealistic expectations or asking way too much of your little one.
Sleep isn’t always the main benefit for some parents when they have sleep support. I’ve shared below the main benefits that my own clients have shared with me and why, investing in sleep support and education has been a lifelong investment for them.
Their little one is sleeping better as are they. Always one of the main goals and one of the biggest benefits following the 2 weeks of support.
They have this newfound confidence and feel like they’ve grasped what’s going on. It’s like The penny’s dropped and they’re applying what they’ve learned and feel confident in the decisions they make. Game-changing!
They no longer have that constant stress/worry/anxiety and doubt about how to support their little one. This can be crippling and impact life daily before we start the support and watching this go/improve lights my heart every single time.
They’re also benefiting massively from having more time to spend with themselves or others. I don’t think you realise how much you miss time until you lose it and having some time back each evening, when you feel re-vitalized, is something not to be overlooked, instead celebrated.
